Custom Services Policy

In addition to digital products, DariCreative may offer custom services such as Shopify website design, redesign, theme customization, setup support, AI-generated product photos, AI-generated videos and other creative or technical services.

Project Scope

Each custom service is based on the agreed scope, timeline and deliverables confirmed before the project begins. Any work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

Client Responsibilities

To complete the project, you may need to provide:

- Shopify store access.
- Brand assets.
- Logo files.
- Product images.
- Product information.
- Copy or text content.
- Design preferences.
- Feedback and approvals.

Delays in providing required materials or feedback may affect the project timeline.

Payments

Payment terms are agreed before the project begins. Depending on the service, full payment or a deposit may be required before work starts.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

Revisions

The number of included revisions depends on the selected service or project agreement. Additional revisions may require an extra fee.

A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the agreed direction. A revision does not mean a full redesign, a new concept or a change of project scope.

Cancellations

If you cancel a project before work begins, a refund may be considered depending on the payment terms.

If you cancel a project after work has started, completed work and reserved project time are non-refundable.

No Guaranteed Results

We aim to create high-quality design and strategy work, but we do not guarantee specific sales, revenue, traffic, conversion rates or business results.

Third-Party Costs

Shopify subscription fees, domain costs, paid apps, premium fonts, stock images, payment provider fees and other third-party costs are not included unless clearly stated in the project agreement.

Final Delivery

After final delivery and approval, any additional changes, updates or support may be billed separately unless otherwise agreed.
