Before you decide
How long does a custom store build take?
Most custom builds are delivered within 2–3 weeks from the day we receive your brand assets and content.
Do I need to have a Shopify account already?
Yes — you'll need an active Shopify plan so we can build on your store. If you don't have one yet, you can get your first 3 months of Shopify for $1/month through our partner link — we'll send it over when you reach out.
What do you need from me to get started?
Whatever you have — your logo, brand colours, product images, product descriptions, any design inspiration you've saved. Don't worry if some of this isn't ready yet — we'll work with what you've got and help fill in the gaps.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Custom builds include two rounds of revisions. After that, additional changes can be arranged at an hourly rate.
Is there a refund policy?
Because all our products are digital, all sales are final. For custom builds, we share a preview before going live — so you approve everything before it's finalized.
