License & Usage Policy

When you purchase a digital product from DariCreative you are purchasing a license to use the product, not ownership of the original design, files, intellectual property or source materials.

Standard License

Each purchase grants you one non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for one Shopify store or one client project, unless a different license is clearly stated on the product page.

You may:

- Use the product for your own Shopify store.
- Use the product for one client project if you are a designer, developer or agency.
- Customize the product for your own brand or your client’s brand.
- Edit colors, fonts, images, layout settings, copy and other editable elements.
- Use the product commercially for the store it was purchased for.

You may not:

- Resell, redistribute, share, gift, rent or sublicense the product.
- Upload the product to another marketplace or sell it as your own.
- Copy the design and use it to create a competing template, theme or digital product.
- Claim ownership or authorship of the original product.
- Share download links, files or access with people who have not purchased a valid license.
- Use one purchase for multiple stores or multiple client projects unless you have purchased the appropriate license.

Agency / Developer Use

If you are purchasing a product for a client, one purchase covers one client project only.

For multiple client projects, repeated commercial use, agency bundles or extended usage, please contact us at hello@daricreative.com to discuss the correct license.

Ownership

All original designs, layouts, templates, graphics, written materials, product files and intellectual property remain the property of [Website Name] / [Your Legal Name], unless otherwise stated in writing.

You keep ownership of your own brand assets, product photos, copy, logos and content that you add to the product.

Violation of License

If you violate this license, your access to the product may be revoked without refund. We may also take further action to protect our intellectual property rights.
