All products sold on DariCreative are digital products unless clearly stated otherwise.
Delivery Method
After your payment is successfully completed, your digital product will be delivered through one or more of the following methods:
- A download link.
- An email with access instructions.
- A customer account download area.
- A private access link.
- A shared file or folder link.
No physical product will be shipped.
Delivery Time
Most digital products are delivered automatically after purchase. In some cases, delivery may take additional time due to payment verification, technical issues or manual access setup.
If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at hello@daricreative.com.
Customer Responsibility
Please make sure that the email address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect email address, spam filters or inbox restrictions.
You are responsible for having the required software, platform access or account needed to use the product. For Shopify themes and templates, you need access to a Shopify store or Shopify account.
Access Issues
If your download link is not working or you cannot access your files, contact us at hello@daricreative.com with your order number and we will help you access your purchase.

Because our products are digital, shipping rates, physical delivery times and physical returns do not apply.
