Thank you for shopping at DariCreative

We sell digital products, including Shopify themes, templates, guides, bundles and other downloadable or instantly accessible digital assets. Because our products are digital and cannot be physically returned, all sales are considered final once access to the digital product has been granted, except where required by law.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges after the product has been downloaded, accessed or delivered.

By purchasing a digital product from our website, you agree to receive immediate access to the product and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered or made available to you, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

- You purchased the same product twice by mistake.
- You did not receive access to the product due to a technical issue on our side.
- The digital file is defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- The product is materially different from the product description.

Refunds will not be issued for:

- Change of mind.
- Lack of time to use the product.
- Purchasing the wrong product.
- Not having a Shopify account or compatible Shopify setup.
- Not having the required technical knowledge to customize the product beyond the provided instructions.
- Conflicts caused by third-party apps, custom code, previous theme modifications or external services.
- Requests based on personal design preference after access has been granted.

Before You Purchase

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a product is right for your store, contact us before placing your order at hello@daricreative.com.

Custom Services

Custom design, redesign, setup, AI-generated visuals and other service-based work are handled separately from digital product purchases.

Deposits and payments for custom services are non-refundable once the work has started, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be considered depending on the project terms.

How to Request Help

If you experience an issue with your purchase, contact us at hello@daricreative.com within 14 days of your purchase and include:

- Your order number.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Screenshots or screen recordings if relevant.

We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
