Digital Product Support

Basic support is included for 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Support includes:

- Help accessing your purchased files.
- Help with basic installation questions.
- Clarification on how to use the included instructions.
- Fixing issues caused by missing, broken or incorrect product files.
- Answering questions about what is included in your purchase.

Support does not include:

- Full Shopify store setup.
- Custom coding or custom development.
- Product upload or store migration.
- Copywriting, branding or strategy.
- Third-party app setup or troubleshooting.
- Fixing issues caused by custom code, third-party apps or modified files.
- Redesigning the product after purchase.
- Teaching general Shopify usage beyond the provided instructions.

Response Time

We usually respond to support requests within 1–3 business days. Response times may vary depending on workload, weekends, holidays and the complexity of the request.

Custom Support

If you need additional help beyond basic support, such as installation, customization, redesign or Shopify setup, we may offer this as a paid service.
